Team Teach is an accredited, award-winning provider of positive behaviour management and training, equipping individuals and teams in a variety of settings to deal with challenging situations and behaviours in ways that lead to desirable outcomes and positive relationships at work or in daily life.

The challenge

Team Teach relies on their website to allow customers to easily book on to their courses. Their site was in need of modernisation to improve user experience, including updates such as mobile optimisation.

Team Teach needed a complex account area including a verification process and different levels of access for users depending on the set up of their accounts. The new site would need to integrate with their existing booking system and also be able to handle large, seasonal spikes in traffic around new courses going live.

The solution

Team Teach chose KLOC as their development partner for this project. KLOC developed a new, bespoke website to meet the needs of Team Teach. As part of the integration, KLOC tailored the booking system and payment gateway to appear consistent with the rest of the website so it looks like you remain on the same website throughout the checkout process.

The results

The new, updated website is fully mobile responsive, easily navigable and able to support fluctuations in visitor numbers.

The new site has an account area that allows users to login to different types of accounts. There is a new verification process meaning that users must exist in the booking system, are verified via email and are given the correct level of access depending on the type of account they have.  Users are also now able to download and submit forms, as well as access a variety of media such as instructional videos.

Integration with the booking system allows users to make bookings or join waiting lists and by tailoring the booking and payment gateway screens it gives the customers the impression that they are remaining on the same website, improving the overall user experience.

We are so pleased with the new website developed by KLOC. It is really important to us that we offer the best possible experience for our customers and the new site delivers. Customers are able to easily navigate the site and complete their booking while we also have all the security measures we need in place. It has allowed us to improve the service we provide to our customers.
