The challenge
Lucient had recently actioned a rebranding to better reflect an improved vision of business, aimed at providing higher-value services to the global market. With large clients all around the world, Lucient needed a site that would reflect their services accurately and professionally online with the ability to tailor content and language depending on the location of the user.
Lucient had also selected the Arlo Training Management platform to manage their course catalogue and process their bookings. This meant that their new website needed comprehensive integration to the Arlo platform to display the course catalogue and link to the Arlo booking system.
Lucient had a tight deadline for the launch of their new brand and only a few weeks remaining in which to deliver a website to support the launch.
The solution
KLOC were recommended to Lucient by training platform provider, Arlo, based on previous high-end integration work that they had accomplished together. KLOC were able to quickly assess the requirement and commit resources to the aggressive timetable that would enable Lucient to hit their brand launch objective.
WordPress MultiSite with MultilingualPress was recommended by KLOC as the optimal CMS platform that would give Lucient the power to deliver and manage their content across the different regions and in various languages per region. .
A close working relationship quickly formed between the Lucient and KLOC project teams that enabled a rapid and effective delivery of the initial site, ready for launch on schedule.
The results
The new site allows Lucient to promote their company and the services they offer, while accurately representing their brand and positioning. They now provide customers with an online training course catalogue and seamless booking system using the Arlo API integration. Lucient also now benefits from the ability to update the website themselves via an easy-to-use content management system, including the ability to add regional content and translations.
