Software Developer Apprentice
Duties and responsibilities:
- Demonstrate structured development skills and the ability to understand software from a business and user perspective
- Translate specification into technical solutions and be able to document the solutions
- Develop, test and maintain software to required standards to agreed timescales
- Manage your own schedule and be responsible for reporting schedule deviations to your line manager
- Adhere to technical, security and compliance standards
- Communicate clearly, accurately and professionally, both technical and non-technical subject matter
- Demonstrate and develop effective problem-solving abilities
- Be self-motivated, work independently and as an active team member
- Take great pride in your work and pay attention to details
